Refund policy

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after quality inspection. Sale items, accessories, and customised products are non-returnable.
